Section Env-A 1216.04 - Recordkeeping(a) Any source subject to this part shall keep records in accordance with Env-A 900.(b) To prove that a source is not subject to this part, the owner or operator shall maintain for 5 years monthly purchase records and Material Safety Data Sheets for each process chemical, as used to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's hazard communication standard at 29 CFR 1910.1200.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1216.04
