Section Env-A 1215.04 - Capture System Standards for Rotogravure and Flexographic Printing(a) A capture system shall be used in conjunction with the emission control system selected pursuant to Env-A 1215.03 and subject to the requirements of (b), below.(b) The design and operation of a capture system installed pursuant to (a), above, shall provide for an overall reduction in VOC emissions from each printing press of: (1) At least 75% where a publication rotogravure process is employed;(2) At least 65% where a packaging rotogravure process is employed; or(3) At least 60% where a flexographic printing process is employed.N.H.
