Section Env-A 1204.02 - Reasonably available technology (RACT) applicability criteria

"Reasonably available technology (RACT) applicability criteria" means the design, operational, or other characteristics of a control source, process, or device which define the conditions at which the source, process, or device becomes subject to the RACT requirements of this part.
