Section Env-A 105.34 - Type 3 waste"Type 3 waste" means animal and vegetable wastes from restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, hospitals, markets, and like installations, that has a heating value of at least 1388 calories per gram, equivalent to 2500 BTUs per pound, as fired, and contains:
