Section Env-A 105.31 - Type 0 waste"Type 0 waste" means a mixture of highly combustible waste from commercial and industrial activities, including but not limited to paper, cardboard, wood, and combustible floor sweepings, that has a heating value of at least 4718 calories per gram, equivalent to 8500 BTUs per pound, as fired, and contains:
(a) Up to 10 percent by weight of plastic bags, coated paper, laminated paper, treated corrugated cardboard, oily rags, and plastic or rubber scraps;(b) Up to 10 percent moisture; and(c) Up to 5 percent incombustible solids by weight.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 105.31
