Section Env-A 104.47 - Regulated air pollutant"Regulated air pollutant" means the following:
(a) "Regulated air pollutant" as defined in 40 CFR 70.2, except paragraph (5) of such definition, reprinted in Appendix D; or (b) Any pollutant listed in section 112(b) List of Hazardous Pollutants of the Act, or in a rule promulgated pursuant to section 112(r) Prevention of Accidental Releases of the Act.N.H.
