Section Env-A 103.32 - Fugitive dust"Fugitive dust" means particulate matter emitted due to the forces of wind, human activity, or both, including but not limited to particulate matter emitted from haul roads, wind erosion of exposed surfaces and storage piles, and other removal, storage, transportation, or redistribution activities.
