Section En 708.01 - E-5 - Utility Accident Report(a) Each sewer utility shall complete and file with the department and the commission a department "Form E-5S, Utility Accident Report," revised March 2024 within 10 working days of when a sewer utility accident, as described in En 707.03 (a) and (d), occurs.N.H.
