Section En 607.06 - Reports to Department(a) The water utility shall furnish the department with any information concerning the water utility's facilities or operations which the department shall request and need for evaluating rates, the practices of the water utility, including whether the service provided and facilities used are reasonably safe and adequate.(b) Each water utility shall file periodic reports with the department as required by En 609.N.H. Admin. Code § En 607.06
