Section En 413.03 - Requests For Numbering Resources At the time and in the event a registered telecommunications carrier requests numbering resources from the North American Numbering Plan Administration, the carrier shall comply with requirements for obtaining numbering resources established pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 52.15 and shall provide the department the following information:
(a) For initial requests for numbering resources in an exchange, evidence that the carrier will be capable of providing service within 60 days of the numbering resources activation date with facilities that are:(1) Physically located in the exchange;(2) Used to provide service to customers located in the exchange; and(3) Owned by the telecommunications carrier or a specified retail partner; and(b) For requests for numbering resources in an exchange in which the carrier has previously obtained numbering resources, evidence that:(1) It has utilized at least 75% of the numbering resources in its possession in the exchange; and(2) Its existing supply of numbering resources will be exhausted within 6 months by customers located in the exchange.N.H.
