Section Emp 411.10 - Appeal Procedure(a) All determinations under this section shall be made in writing.(b) An individual who receives a determination of nonacceptance into the PTW Program or who is terminated after acceptance into the program may file an appeal of that determination to the appeal tribunal in accordance with RSA 282-A:48 and Emp 202. Appeal hearings shall be governed by the procedures in Emp 207, except to the extent that such procedures are waived pursuant to Emp 207.06.N.H. Admin. Code § Emp 411.10
