Section Emp 411.08 - Exhaustion of Self-Employment Assistance Allowance(a) Individuals may receive up to 26 weeks of self-employment assistance allowance in lieu of regular benefits in any benefit year.(b) The sum of the self-employment assistance allowance paid and regular benefits paid shall not exceed the maximum amount of benefits established under RSA 282-A:25 with respect to any benefit year.(c) The self-employment assistance allowance shall terminate with the week in which the individual exhausts his or her balance of regular benefits for any benefit year.N.H.
