Section Emp 404.29 - Terminationfrom WorkNowNH

In the event of a determination of fraud committed by a party in the program, funding and services shall be terminated and such party shall be ineligible for future participation and subject to either prosecution pursuant to RSA 282-A:161 or required to make restitution pursuant to RSA 282-A:164.
