Section Emp 206.01 - Destruction of Records

Except when not allowed under RSA Emp 207.32(b) any and all records, reports, transcripts, or reproductions thereof, or other papers or electronically stored information submitted to or prepared by the New Hampshire department of employment security, which are no longer necessary to the proper and efficient administration of the law, shall be destroyed upon order of the commissioner in writing. Whenever any such records, reports, transcripts, or reproductions thereof, or other papers or electronically stored information described above contain some information which it is necessary to preserve for the proper and efficient administration of the law, such information shall be transcribed, copied, microfilmed, electronically stored or similarly retained and preserved prior to the destruction of the records containing such information.
