N.H. Admin. Code § Emp 201.02

A hearing shall be scheduled promptly, and notice thereof shall state the date, time and place of hearing and be sent by first class mail to the affected persons at their last address according to the department records. A copy of the appeal shall be sent to all persons affected except the appellant.
