Section Emp 102.02 - Deputy Commissioner

The deputy commissioner isresponsible for all:

(a) Duties assigned to him or her by the commissioner; and

(b) Powers and duties of the commissioner in the event that the commissioner is, for any reason, unable to carry them out.
