Section Emab 102.01 - Organization(a) The appellate board is part of the department of employment security for organizational purposes, in accordance with RSA 282-A:63.(b) The appellate board shall accept appeals in accordance with Emab 202.(c) The appellate board is comprised of the chair and vice chair, who are attorneys, 2 members representing business management, 2 members representing labor, and 2 members representing the public.N.H.
