Section Ed 803.03 - Responsibilities of Public Schools and School Districts(a) The public school or public school district in which an eligible student was most recently enrolled shall provide to the parent the child's state assigned student identification (SASID) upon request as required under RSA 193-E:5.(b) LEAs in districts where private elementary schools and secondary schools are also located shall ensure that children with disabilities, placed by their parents in private, non-profit schools participating in state-funded EFA programs, shall be included in the group of parentally-placed private school children with disabilities who are eligible for equitable services, including special education and related services from the LEA where private schools are located.N.H.
