Section Ed 409.03 - Scheduling of Administrative Due Process Hearings; Pleadings; Order of Notice(a) If a parent requests an administrative due process hearing under Ed 409.02, the department shall schedule and hold a hearing in accordance with Ed 200, unless otherwise provided in Ed 409.03 - Ed 409.09.(b) Within 10 business days of the receipt of the request for a hearing, the hearing officer shall begin the hearing process by issuing an order of notice in accordance with Ed 209.02.N.H.
