Section Ed 402.01 - Annual Reports(a) Each nonpublic school shall report enrollment by grade as of October 1 of the reporting year on a deadline established by the department.(b) Each nonpublic school shall complete and submit "Nonpublic Restraint and Seclusion Data Collection, "revised November 2023.
