Section Ed 319.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of these rules shall be to ensure uniform application of RSA 194-D in the establishment and administration of open enrollment schools.(b) The open enrollment provisions of these rules shall apply to open enrollment public schools as defined in RSA 194-D:1 and established under RSA 194-D:2.N.H.
