Section Ed 315.03 - Eligibility and Program Schedule(a) A parent shall be eligible under these rules to establish a home education program for a child, including those defined under RSA 186-C:2, I, and I-a.(b) Pursuant to RSA 193:1, I(b), home education shall be an alternative to compulsory attendance at a public school. Dates and hours of instruction shall not be required to coincide with the resident district calendar. The academic term of a home education program shall not be required to coincide with the resident district academic year.N.H. Admin. Code § Ed 315.03
