Section Ed 306.23 - Statistical Reports; Accountability(a) Each school district shall establish a local education accountability system in order to collect data needed for evaluation of the district's compliance with state and federal laws on school accountability. The department shall integrate its accountability system with local accountability systems so as to allow for comparison and analysis of such data.(b) Each district shall file statistical reports with the department as required under RSA 189:28. A request from a district to the department for statistical data needed by a district for filing a statistical report shall be submitted to the department at least 60 days before the district's report is due.(c) Each school district required under RSA 193-H:4 to create a local education improvement plan shall file such a plan with the department within 90 days of being found to be in need of improvement under RSA 193-H:3. The plan shall be aligned to meet state goals and student performance indicators.N.H. Code Admin. R. Ed 306.23
