Section Ed 206.06 - Consolidation and Severance(a) Whenever it shall appear to the hearing officer that 2 or more proceedings involve substantially similar or substantially related issues the hearing officer shall consolidate those proceedings for appeal decision, or both.(b) Whenever it shall appear to the hearing officer that prejudice to a party or parties or undue delay shall be thereby avoided, the hearing officer shall sever one or more issues or parties, and dispose of those issues and include those parties in another proceeding.N.H.
