"Program competencies" means the academic and technical knowledge, skills, and/or attitude that enable students to effectively demonstrate and perform the tasks and activities in a given content area pursuant to RSA 193-C:3,III and including but not limited to requirements set forth in RSA 188-E:14 and RSA 188-E:18.
