Section Ed 1113.08 - Curricula(a) The LEA shall ensure that every preschool child with a disability has full access to appropriate preschool activities, in compliance with 34 CFR 300.320(a)(1)(ii).(b) The LEA shall ensure that every child with a disability has full access to the LEA's general curriculum, in compliance with 34 CFR 300.320(a)(4).N.H.
