Section Ed 1018.04 - Administering the Program(a) The NHVR shall administer the program in Ed 1018 in order to carry out the purposes listed in Ed 1018.01 either directly or through: (1) Grants to public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations; or(2) Contracts with individuals, entities, or organizations that are not public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations.(b) Notwithstanding Ed 1018.04(a), the NHVR may enter into assistance contracts with public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations by following the requirements in 34 CFR 366.32(e).(c) Notwithstanding Ed 1018.04(a), the NHVR shall not enter into procurement contracts with public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations, as provided in 34 CFR 366.32(f).N.H.
