Section Ed 1008.11 - Reviewing the IPE(a) The IPE shall be reviewed at least annually.(b) The eligible individual or the NHVR counselor may initiate a review of the IPE at any time.(c) The results of any review shall be recorded in the "Plan Review Form", revised June 2021.(d) If changes are initiated following a review, those changes shall be recorded in an amendment to the IPE pursuant to Ed 1008.12.(e) At least 30 days prior to the date of the annual review, the NHVR counselor shall communicate with the individual to schedule an IPE review.N.H.
