Section Diet 501.01 - [Effective 2/11/2025] Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of this part is to safeguard the life, health, and welfare of the public and to establish and maintain a high standard of integrity in the professional practice of dietetics.(b) These rules shall be binding upon every person holding a license or having the privilege to practice as a licensed dietitian in this state.N.H.
