Section Den 503.02 - Obligation to Obey

The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees, and noncompliance with these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct as used in NH RSA 326-B:37, II(h). The board shall investigate violations of these standards and impose disciplinary sanctions for such violations by following the disciplinary procedures set forth in Den 200.
