Section Dec 204.11 - Recess and Adjournment

(a) The committee shall recess, adjourn or continue any hearing if to do so will promote the orderly and efficient conduct of the proceeding.

(b) The committee shall give notice of a continued session to those parties present at the hearing, and shall not be required to issue public notice.
