Section Dec 201.02 - Nature of Proceedings(a) The proceedings before the committee concerning the establishment of a nuclear decommissioning financing fund, changes to the projected cost of decommissioning and monthly payment schedule for payment of money into the fund by the owner or owners shall be conducted in the form of an adjudicatory proceeding under RSA 541-A:31-36 and as provided in RSA 162-F:22, V.(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, prior to a transfer of ownership interest, funding assurances approved and changed by the committee in a non-adjudicative proceeding, as provided in RSA 162-F, 22, V.(c) All other proceedings before the committee shall be governed by applicable statutes and by these rules to the extent applicable.N.H.
