Section Cul-H 204.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of this part shall be to provide a process and procedure for the adjudication of disputes relevant to programs, permits, and decisions relating to historic and archaeological preservation. The provisions of these rules are intended to supplement the procedures established by RSA 541-A and any other applicable statute.(b) The procedure required by this section is applicable to all division decisions affecting the personal and property rights of individuals, groups, agencies, municipalities, and organizations.N.H.
