Section Cul-H 203.02 - Disposition of Petitions for Declaratory Rulings(a) The petitioner shall provide such further information or participate in such evidentiary or other proceedings as the commissioner shall direct after reviewing the petition and any replies received.(b) Upon review and consideration of the complete petition the commissioner shall issue a written ruling either granting or denying the petition with an explanation of the factual and legal basis for granting or denying such petition within 90 days of its receipt.(c) The commissioner shall reject a declaratory ruling petition if it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the commissioner's statutory authority.N.H.
