"State survey coordinator" means the architectural historian who directs and administers the division's program to identify and document historical properties throughout the state.The state survey coordinator also creates and maintains the statewide paper and digital systems for recording historical properties and assists individuals, communities, organizations, and agencies completing historical surveys.
