Section Cub 309.02 - Current Use Land Assessment General Form Requirements(a) All administrative current use forms shall be approved by the board.(b) All forms that must be recorded shall be in compliance with the requirements of the New Hampshire county registry of deeds: (1) The writing, print, or type on all forms shall be in black or dark blue ink; and(2) All signatures shall be original.N.H.
