Section Cub 207.06 - Public Participation
(a) Each person who wishes to speak on the issue or issues which are the subject of the public forum or subcommittee meeting shall provide the following information on a speakers list:
(1) His or her full name; and
(2) The names of each interest group which he or she represents, if applicable.
(b) Each person requesting to speak shall place his or her name on the speakers list before the last speaker on the list has finished speaking.
(c) A public forum shall be continued, postponed or moved in accordance with RSA 541-A:11 when the capacity of the room does not accommodate the number of persons who wish to attend.
(d) A speaker shall have their recognition to speak revoked for:
(1) Going beyond the amount of time allowed for persons to speak considering the number of people who wish to be heard;
(2) Refusing to provide the following information on a speakers list provided by the board:
a. His or her full name; and
b. The name of each interest group which he or she represents, if applicable;
(3) Speaking or acting in an abusive or disruptive manner; or
(4) Refusing to keep comments relevant to the issue or issues which are the subject of the public forum or subcommittee meeting.
(e) Listed speakers may elect to submit written testimony in lieu of oral testimony.
