Section Cub 207.04 - Notice(a) Notice for public forums concerning current use rules shall be: (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks' offices;(2) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;(3) Posted in the department of natural and cultural resource's lobby;(5) Placed in a newspaper for the area covering each forum location.(b) Notice for subcommittee meetings shall be: (1) Posted in the House and Senate clerks' offices;(2) Posted in the department's lobby at Governor Hugh J. Gallen Office Park South, 109 Pleasant Street, in Concord, NH;(3) Sent to all interested parties who request, in writing, to be kept on a service list; andN.H. Admin. Code § Cub 207.04
