Section Cub 204.01 - Explanation of Adoption of Rule(a) Within 30 days after the adoption of a rule, any person may request an explanation regarding the adoption of rules pursuant to RSA 541-A:11, VII by submitting a written request that the board's chairperson issue a statement explaining the following: (1) The principle reasons for and against adoption of a specific rule in its final form; and(2) Reasons why the board overruled arguments and considerations against the rule.(b) Each request for rule explanation shall include the additional following information: (1) Name and address of the interested person;(2) Rule number and title; and(3) Dated signature of the person making the request.(c) The request shall be addressed to the chairperson of the board and: (1) Mailed to: Current Use Board Clerk
