Section Csp 701.03 - Institutional Application(a) Each institutional applicant seeking to participate in the UEAP shall complete and execute an endowment allocation agreement; (b) The institutional applicant shall supply the following information on the allocation agreement: (1) The name and address of the institution; and (2) The name and title of the institution's authorized official. (c) The institution's authorized official shall sign and date the endowment allocation agreement; (d) The institution shall also submit: (1) A current certificate of good standing issued by the New Hampshire secretary of state; (2) A certificate of authority stating who is authorized to sign on behalf of the institution; (3) A letter of exemption under section 501(c) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code; and (4) A letter confirming accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
