Section Csp 404.01 - Eligible Programs

The commission shall determine annual funding allocations for each eligible institution. Eligible bachelor's degree program shall be limited to 4 years. Eligible associate degree programs shall be limited to 2 years. Eligible certificate programs shall be limited to one year.
