The chairperson shall, from time to time, on his or her initiative, and shall, at the request of the state treasurer or any 3 members of the commission, call a meeting of the commission from time to time. The commission shall provide notice of the time and place for all meetings of the commission and conduct such meetings in accordance with RSA 91-A:2.
