While assigned to minimum custody status, a resident shall remain disciplinary report free. If a resident receives a disciplinary report, he or she is subject to removal from the reduced custody program and returned to a secure facility PAR, depending on the severity of the rule violation and the potential risk to staff, residents, and the public.
