Section Cmp 102.02 - Open Meetings and Quorum

The following shall apply to commission meetings:

(a) The commission shall meet at least 6 times a year;

(b) Each commission meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A;

(c) Notice of each meeting shall be posted at the planetarium office and the State House at least 7 days prior to the meeting, except that rulemaking hearings shall also meet the additional notice requirements of RSA 541-A:6; and

(d) A quorum of the commission shall be 8 members.
