Section Cla 102.03 - Meetings of the Board(a) The board shall meet quarterly and at such additional times as its business requires.(b) The time and place of the meetings shall be noticed to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A:2, II.(c) Pursuant to RSA 541-B:8 a majority of the board shall constitute a quorum to conduct hearings and a vote of at least a majority of the quorum shall be required to adopt and approve any matter considered by it.N.H.
