Section Ch 104.02 - Inspection and Copies of Public Records(a) Pursuant to RSA 91-A:4 members of the public shall have the right to inspect and copy the public records of the board, including all meeting minutes not confidential pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, III.(b) Members of the public may inspect such public records at the office of the board.(c) Persons desiring copies of such public records shall:(1) Submit a request in writing which identifies as particularly as possible the information being sought; and(2) Pay the actual cost of the copies.(d) If records are requested which contain both public information and information exempt from disclosure pursuant to RSA 91-A or any other law, the board shall delete the information which is exempt from disclosure and provide the remaining information.N.H.
