Section Cdfa 309.02 - Eligible Activities(a) Eligible activities shall include the study, analysis and planning of any eligible activity, including architectural and engineering redesign, which might lead to a community development or economic development grant application.(b) Ineligible activities shall include: (1) Final architectural and engineering designs;(2) Municipal master plans;(4) Any other activity that the authority determines to be inconsistent with the national objectives in 42 U.S.C. 5304(b) of the federal act.N.H.
