Section Cdfa 302.46 - Public facilities grant

"Public facilities grant" means the awarding of CDBG funds to provide a public service or acquire, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate, or install:

(a) Water and sewer systems;

(b) Public property such as streets, sidewalks, parks, historic sites, open space and recreation areas; or

(c) Homeless shelters and neighborhood or community centers in which to offer or provide public services.
