Section Cdfa 302.36 - Moderate income households

"Moderate income households" means those households:

(a) Whose income falls at or below the "low income" level, as shown in Appendix 2, as determined by HUD in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 1437 a(b)(2) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended for the state of New Hampshire; and

(b) Whose income does not exceed 80 percent of the median family income, as shown in Appendix 2, as determined by HUD in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 1437 a(b)(2) of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended for the state of New Hampshire.
