Section Cdfa 301.01 - CDBG Program Structure; Role of the Community Development Finance Authority(a) In accordance with RSA 162-L:16, IV, the community development finance authority is responsible for adopting rules pursuant to RSA 541-A for the application process, the criteria for evaluating applications and the administration of program activities and funds for community development block grants that are applied for and awarded to eligible municipalities.(b) The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, codified at 42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq. and the federal regulations accompanying it in 24 CFR Part 570.N.H. Admin. Code § Cdfa 301.01
